To those asking “is Matlakala Ramathoka dead“, we have an answer. Mathlakala Ramathoka is dead. She died at age 43. Her untimely death happened on Monday, 27 March 2017. The popular gospel singer got her breakthrough in the musical industry at age 18. Apparently, her death occurred after she had complained of flu and chest pains. As usual, we got a little nosy and dug deeper into her cause of death only to find out what really killed her. We were a little shocked by the outcome of our investigation. Universal, the music label she was signed to released a press statement confirming the gospel singer’s death. In the statement, the company said she was rushed to a hospital in Pretoria after compalining of flu and chest pains. It also added that the hospital was Akasia Private Hospital and that Matlakala died peacefully.

According to reports, Winnie Mashaba has been deeply affected by the sudden death of her fellow gospel singer. She posted an image of herself and Matlakala Ramathoka, with which she shared her deep sorrow. In her words, she said “We going to lay her to rest at the Zandfontein Cemetery, in Akasia, on Sunday,”.
